Official ScanWrench correspondence uses the ScanWrench name, links to scanwrench.com, explains why a message was sent, and gives you a direct path to support or security reporting. Email is operated through Michai Media; production messages must authenticate as Michai Media and disclose that relationship instead of imitating a ScanWrench-domain mailbox.

Account and purchase messages
Account emails are short security messages from ScanWrench Accounts · Michai Media. Their links should return to the ScanWrench app or scanwrench.com. App Store purchase receipts and subscription notices are issued by Apple and retain Apple branding; ScanWrench does not imitate or replace them.
Dispatch and The Signal
ScanWrench Dispatch is the public publication. The Signal is its optional email edition. Every marketing email must identify ScanWrench, link to the public issue, explain why you received it, and include a working one-click unsubscribe. Purchased lists and silent enrollment are prohibited.
Verify a suspicious message
Do not use a questionable message's links or reply address. Open scanwrench.com directly and report the sender, subject, time, and headers to support@michaimedia.com.
